location
despite being a help yourself breakfast it was often cold and slow to restock the items as like most hotels the toaster took about 4 goes to get bread slightly toasted lol and at the busiest times tables slow to get cleared I will stay at hotel again but not take the breakfast or food option

Good
Loved the layout of the Hotel and location at the lower end of poniente beach. The skybar and evening cocktails in the clouds, although supplementary payment, it was definitely a sight to behold, with excellent staff interaction.
The two restaurants were very poorly organised, nothing flowed right and many diners wandering around, in search of cutlery,crockery and assistance, during breakfast service. The evening meal was slightly better, but a lot of the food was cold and not rotated quickly enough. Dirty plates were also in evidence, having not been cleaned properly. Not what I expect from a four star outlet.(although I did read this on feedback, I believe in try ourselves).
